Finally, out of the properties we analyzed we select the property with the highest return with the shortest project duration and discuss it with you for the final approval.

After the purchase, our design, engineering and architectural team create a photo-realistic 3D model of how the property will look after completion. After discussing and finalising the designs our construction team begins the remodelling process.
Throughout the entire remodelling process, we document the progress and keep our clients in the loop with pictures and meetings if needed.
