If you decide to move forward with our service, we begin looking through all of the best spots for real estate investments in Grande Lisboa. For each property that we find we conduct a thorough analysis of the area considering factors such as; return on investment, supply and demand in the area, rental rate, vacancy rate, etc.

We cross-reference our research across multiple market analysis systems to confirm the data. After finding the most promising properties we visit them in person to finalize our research.

Finally, out of the properties we analyzed we select the property with the highest return with the shortest project duration and discuss it with you for the final approval.

We completely handle the purchase process of the property including all legal procedures.

After the purchase, our design, engineering and architectural team create a photo-realistic 3D model of how the property will look after completion. After discussing and finalising the designs our construction team begins the remodelling process.

Throughout the entire remodelling process, we document the progress and keep our clients in the loop with pictures and meetings if needed.

Once construction is complete we handle the entire process of selling the property including all of the legal work.
